Risk Management has become increasingly more visible as a critical input to effective project management. In this workshop, participants learn to identify, analyze, prioritize and mitigate project risks during the life-cycle of the project. The course also explores risk response monitoring and control. The critical role of Risk Management in project success is highlighted and participants will learn how to establish risk management in their projects with easy to use templates and tools. In essence, this workshop will allow project managers and team members to utilize simple tools to manage proactively rather than reactively for any size and scale project/programme.
