Biography

Mrs. Suzanne Hydal-Bridgemohansingh has been in the business of Organization-Wide Project Management Institutionalization and Project Management Training for over twenty (20) years. Prior to this, she was an Economist in the Ministry of Finance working directly on the development and monitoring of the country’s economic three-year plan and the National Budget of Trinidad and Tobago. This also involved her directly liaising with the IMF for bi-annual country consultations. Suzanne was also trained at the IMF Institute, Washington D.C. in Financial Programming and Policy. She has a background in Finance, Economics & Corporate Planning and was instrumental in the establishment of Project Offices and Project Management Centers of Excellence at the on-shore and off-shore operations of the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago (Petrotrin), where she was Project Lead. She was the Program Leader for the joint Shell Global/Petrotrin Refinery Organizational Development program at Petrotrin in 2005-2006. She is also a certified trainer at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business/PM College Master’s Certificate program in Project Management.

Other major achievements/positions recently held:

• Director of Radient Project Management Services Limited and facilitates training in Project Management for all disciplines, and has presented several technical papers in Trinidad on project management.
• Head Project Management Office in the Capital Project Implementation Division at the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago (Petrotrin). This Department manages over US$1 billion in capital expenditure – until 2011. Vice President of Finance on the Board of the Project Management Institute’s local chapter – PMI Southern Caribbean Chapter (PMISCC), from 2006 to 2010.
• Trainer with Radient PMSL for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam Preparation Course.
• Certified Trainer with the Project Management College (PM College) in Ohio, United States of America – 2004 to present.
• An Experienced Mentor for all disciplines and project teams within & outside the Oil and Gas Sector on the use of Project Management tools & techniques including:
