WHO WE ARE
Radient Project Management Services Limited (R.P.M.S.L.) was formed in 2010 to fill an educational gap in Trinidad and Tobago & the Southern Caribbean. Based in South, Trinidad, we provide and manage quality Project Management training and consultancy services for all industries, both locally and internationally.
Poor delivery of projects and not meeting stakeholder expectations have progressively become the new standard in Project Management, where those responsible for managing projects, are now more articulate in justifying cost and schedule overruns and with inferior quality.
This is particularly evident with contractors, who have not invested the time and effort to mature their Project Management Systems. State and public-sector companies also routinely fail to meet project goals.
It is in this environment, that RPMSL will provide quality training and services to assist both the Owner and Contractor to develop and mature their Project Management Systems.
Organizations need to focus on three specific developmental areas:
- Project management training for their staff. Institutionalizing repeatable corporate Project Management systems.
- Have key staff become certified Project Management Professionals, who will become ambassadors of PM within the Organization.
