FACILITATION OF STRATEGIC PLANNING
Radient PMSL can host and facilitate the execution of strategic planning sessions for the Organisation through one (1) or two (2) day retreat sessions which involve meeting with the Board of Directors and Executive Management. This consists of defining the company’s Mission, Goals and Objectives and conducting a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Analysis, resulting in a portfolio of Programmes and Projects, which when implemented, will be congruent with the Strategic Plan.
