Biography
Ms. Dana Solomon
As a Director and Facilitator for Radient, Dana provides Project Management and strategic consultancy services for both public and private sector organisations. Her analytical nature and academic achievements have established her as a proficient Project Engineer, Project Manager and Facilitator.
In the capacity of Project Manager, she has over fifteen (15) years field and managerial experience in the oil and gas and construction industries, leading many high profile and high-risk projects to successful completion. She has also been conducting training for many years with varying institutions in the areas of project management, strategic planning, leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, negotiation and health, safety and environment.
Dana is also an approved trainer at tertiary education institutions, which include:

Her wealth of knowledge and experience coupled with her multi-faceted teaching approach and real-life examples translate to a very interactive and stimulating learning experience in the classroom, greatly benefiting the participants.
