This is a highly interactive two-day workshop in project management involving the practical application of Best Practices and Lessons Learnt in preparing and managing “win–win” contracts for both the Owner and the Contractor. The Workshop reviews all the key elements that make up a good Contract Agreement and discusses how the Project Manager (Owner and Supplier) can use the Agreement to manage and deliver their contract from a position of strength.
