RPMSL can facilitate one or two-day Team Building Open Forums via independent facilitators to conduct user friendly sessions to determine staff constraining issues and concerns. This is an open type forum where persons are allowed to freely express their opinions in a structured and constructive manner. The outcome of the forum will be to take positive improvements and work methodologies to the Organisation which will be recognised and agreed upon for implementation.
